Milica advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate, regulatory and commercial matters, from setting or winding up of business and providing general day-to-day legal support, to providing legal assistance in transactions and projects across many sectors, including agriculture, media & telecommunications, games of chance, defense industry, radiation and nuclear safety, environmental protection, energy, pharmaceuticals and banking & finance.

Prior to opening her own practice, Milica worked at a top-tier Serbian law firm and as an independent Attorney at Law in cooperation with Deloitte.

Milica contributed to the World Bank “Doing Business” Reports on several occasions, and has taken part in multiple international high-profile courses.

She is also included in the OSCE roster of consultants as a Media Legislation Expert for Serbia.

Apart from her native language (Serbian), Milica is fluent in English and Russian.
